Return & Exchange Policy
For online purchases, we offer an exchange guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase just return it to us, in its original and unworn condition, within 14 days of receipt and we will send out replacement goods. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.
The cost of returning any online purchase is the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds are not permitted for all items bought on sale.
Shipping Policy
Your products will be shipped within 2 working days from the moment of the purchase.
You'll be emailed with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Agnes + Milo offer free standard delivery in orders inside Guadalajara.
We will endeavour to despatch goods as quickly as possible. In case of delayed deliveries you will be informed as soon as we are aware of the situation.
Costs depend on your location, how quickly you’d like your package and what you’ve ordered.
